Julian: I'm TP choking Cara, but then a can of tomatoes whacks me in the head.

Stephen: I did it with the power of my mind.

Audience: Stop.

Russell: No, it's true. He saved me, and enabled the rest of the shoplifting SUPES to get out.

Recapper: Stephen is far more tolerable when he and Cara aren't an active thing.

Stephen: Julian, are you okay?

Julian: What are you doing here?

Stephen: I got a call you need back up. Oh, noes! Your prisoners are gone. My uncle won't like that.

Julian: Wow, just because I'm crazy doesn't mean I'm stupid, you tool.

Astrid: Meanwhile, John and I enjoy a subway car all to ourselves. I get what you're trying to do here, John. Public transit is terrifying.

John: It's not terrifying enough, so I whip open the back door.

Astrid: There's talk about controlling fear -- not letting it own you. That talk is from John, obvo.

John: Everyone dies, Astrid. All you can do is make sure you're wearing the right shoes when it happens.

Recapper: I already vented about this being out of character for John in the recaplet, so I'll spare you.

John: What… I can't have layers?

Cordelia: This is my verse, hello.

Audience: We don't even know what that's all about. Just -- get Cara the right pair of shoes.

Astrid: Anyhow, John stands at the open subway door, holds out his hand and asks me if I trust him. I don't, but he's hella cute, so I take his hand and fake it 'til I make it.

John: I know you're scared. I'm scared too, but I'm right here. Count of three. One. *Teleport*

Astrid: And two three, we're in my living room. Big hug. Thank you.

Recapper: I love you both, but that was dumb. John had no reason to be scared. He can teleport. You, Astrid, had little reason to be scared, because Stephen has (and others possibly have) teleported you. It's not like you were going to land on the third rail.
