Miss Alli: B+ | Grade It Now!
It's the end of the world as we know it

Anyway, Phil tells us that when they get to the city, the teams will find Kerry Park, which overlooks downtown Seattle.

FloZach's brief moment of redemption comes as she wraps her arms around him and says, "I'm holding on like this, for dear life." He chuckles, and just for a second, you can imagine how they might be friends. "That's great, you can hold on as tight as you want," he says. She tells him she's keeping her eyes closed. He agrees that that's probably a good idea. "Don't let go," she snarls comically through her teeth, and he laughs.

At last, Teri and Ian arrive at the ranch gate. They bicker about whether he sees it, whether he told her he saw it, and whether she should have asked again after she didn't think he told her he saw it. You know, now that they've done live-action "Andy Capp" on this show, next season, I would suggest "Calvin & Hobbes." That would be kind of fun.

"I hate this. Hold me," Flo says, literally wrapped around Zach so that her feet are up off the ground as they prepare to take off on the drop. "This will be the position for going, okay?" he says reassuringly, ignoring the fact that no blood can circulate to his head because of the way her arms are crushing his neck. Aww. "How're you feeling?" he asks her. "I'm feeling scared," she says simply. Zach voices over: "I've learned that no matter how much Flo says that she cannot continue, she'll always be ready to go, no matter how much she says that it's over." This is not really the case -- she was not ready to go at the boats or the bikes, and she has not been "ready to go" in the sense of doing her share of the work for quite a while now. Zach has had to do all the navigating, all the airport work, and everything else they've needed to keep going since about Switzerland. However, in fairness to her, it has been truer than it has seemed from her attitude. Certainly, there have been a number of cases in which she has whined and moaned, but has eventually kept going, and I think that's what he's talking about. She asks him if he's proud of her. "I'm so proud," he says. Which is nice.

They take off down the zip wire. She screams the whole way -- but I think she does open her eyes. Zach holds on tight. (TARcon attendees, to Zach: "Let go! Let go! Let go!") They splash down. As they swim for the shore, she voices over about how great it was, and how much fun it was, and how proud she was of herself. Yes, yes, we get it. You're quite the daredevil. When they read the Seattle clue, she goes into her usual screamy dance, but Zach goes into quite an entertaining vibrating happy dance, which really bears no particular resemblance to any form of dancing you've ever seen, but it's very cute. They leave.
